I have no additional information, I don't have any confidential information, nor do I know what happened in the negotiations. The only thing I know is what I read in the LEADER. I did talk with Mark Dorsey by telephone, who told me he was going to one day a week, that Jeff Evanger was leaving PLA, and that PLA was going to a skeleton operation. I talked by phone with Greg McCarry who asked about the comp plan amendment process. I did talk with Wayne Helm on the telephone who asked about the comp plan amendment process. I have talked with Macro and David Alvarez by telephone and we discussed: a comp plan amendment process, motions to stay or reconsider, development agreements and or a LUPA action on Trendwest. Please provide me with any records that mention such negotiations that your office, Mr. Fischbach's office, Mr. Alvarez' office, or the SoCC or any of its members may have.[AI Scalf] I don't have anything for you. Your inquiry need not seek records prior to December 1, 2005. Discussions between PLA and the Appellants were confidential and I want to know who transmitted information concerning them, to whom, and when.[AI Scalf] I don't have any record public or confidential.
