Could you provide me a copy of the records that mention or relate to the proposal of the resort to Jefferson
County as a master planned resort, any planned enhancement associated therewith showing resort change or
expansion, the evaluation of the proposals for mpr status including each change of plans, staff reports relative
thereto, permit applications relative thereto, any sepa compliance relative thereto, the evaluation of the resort in
connection with the preparation and adoption of master resort plan as part of comprehensive plan, negotiation
and approval of MPR Code, and negotiation and approval of Development Agreement. I want official log items as
well as internal memos of the staff, Mr. Alvarez, representatives of Pope and members of the community. I want
to see how the Ludlow Village Townhouse Plat was separately dealt with in the discussions. Separate treatment
ultimately found its way into the Development Agreement. I am not certain how voluminous this is, Roseann
could call me with copying issues. At the very least, I want to log the documents so that I can introduce them into
the hearing before Mr. Berteig.
