Page 1 of 2 '., AI Scalf From: Powers & Therrien [powers_therrien@yvn.com] Sent: Friday, January 06, 2006 7:35 AM To: AI Scalf Cc: Powers & Therrien; Roseann Carroll Subject: SMA Compliance AI: Could you copy the records, including the permits and applications, staff reports, correspondence, comments, and internal memoranda that relate to: (1) the issuance of SDP 91-017 and any other SDP covering the lagoon at Ludlow Bay, the Inn at Ludlow Bay, and the townhouses in the Ludlow Village Townhouse Plat, any landscape plan submitted or approved in connection with any of the foregoing, any extensions of any of the foregoing or right to construct on the subject shoreland, any environmental studies prepared by proponent, oppontent, if any, Jefferson County, or the DOE in connection with the foregoing, any SEPA compliance prepared in connection with the foregoing and any staff reports prepared in connection with the approval of any of the foregoing, and any correspondence, memoranda, or other records relating to complaints about, monitoring of or interpretation of the requirements of any of the foregoing: (2) the issuance and approval of building permits and certificates of occupancy for the Inn at Ludlow Bay and each of the townhouse buildings constructed in the Ludlow Village Townhouse Plat with preliminary plans and sketches relative to same: (3) compliance of buildings 400, 700, and 800 with the SDP and other shoreland requirements, any compliance and interpretation of those requirements, any inquiries or complaints from the developer or its representatives, any other governmental agency, or the public relative thereto, and Jefferson County's disposition thereof or response thereto: (4) any environmental reports relative to the lagoon or the estuary to Ludlow Creek, including those prepared or submitted in connection with any applications for zoning, improvement, the Comprehensive Plan, the MPR Code, or the Development Agreement, the 1993 EIS, any EIS or supplement thereto relating to the adoption of the MPR Code, the Development Agreement or the Resort Plan; (5) the applications for, proposal of, evaluation of, adoption of, approval of, implementation of , and monitoring of the Resort Plan referenced in the Comprehensive Plan, the MPR Code, the Development Agreement the Proposed Major Revision to the Resort Plan, or otherwise. (6) all evaluations, interpretations, analyses, discussions, proposals regarding, and approval of matters relative to the Ludlow Bay Master Planned Resort and its plats and subdivisions and improvements dealing with the requirements of concurrency, integration, self containment, and scope of the improvements, including without limitaition, the resort plan and the resort.
