Hi, Mike. I need from ESM several calculations ASAP, to help
Jefferson County staff complete the resort project staff report,
which they now intend to issue on Tuesday, January 10:
1. Total land area in the RC/CF zone
50.0 AC. (2,176,200 S.F.) The RC/CF zone area calculation does
not include area of tidelands.
2. Total land area in the portions of LBV and Admiralty III
owned by PLA and subject to our applications (building lots only,
not common area tracts)
13.04 ac. (568,004 s.f.)
3. Total land area in LBV common area tracts
Tracts A,B,C,E = 10.6 ac (462,401 s.f.) Not including Tract D
(tidelands)
