I am confused about the residential configuration described in the staff report. Section 50(b) states that
residential buildings will be located more than 30 feet from the high water mark at closest and this will occur only
at the west end of the lagoon. Are you measuring high water from the lagoon? What about the residential
structures that are proposed for the east end of the lagoon. They cannot be 30 feet from the lagoon. Please
send me a map with the current layout of the residential buildout described in the staff report as soon as possible.
