I have not received an email response to my request for myself and Messrs. Jordshaugen and Hale to participate
by writing in the hearing on the Major Revision for purposes of perfecting appeal rights. Please confirm at your
earliest opportunity.
Also, I want to be sure I am articulating the issue correctly. As to sewer and water, I want the information
requested together with information where the overflow is directed if the system fails. I know there is conduit to
the bay or lagoon. Where is it located. I also want to know who is responsible at Jefferson County, the PUD, or
elsewhere to collect and evaluate the information I requested on monitoring the financial condition and asset
quality of Olympic. Surely, considering the role the County is required to play in providing public services and
facilities under the GMA, it must have information relative to these questions or know where I might seek such
information. I want that information part of the log. While Olympic may be in compliance, I have seen nothing
more in the FSEIS or the Staff Report than naked assertions from Olympic itself and not confirmations from any
responsible governmental person.
