AI, thanks for all your work and your help earlier in the week. Going to your comment about Irv carrying over the
hearing would be a good idea.....an excellent idea. The size and complexity of this application means that both
the Hearing Examiner and the public deserve and need enough time to do a proper job. I hope you will either
make this suggestion to Irv or support it if/when it comes up at the hearing. I know PLA will object, but yet this is
something they have requested in the past, specifically in Ludlow Cove II in 2002 they requested the record stay
open.
Sorry 11m going to miss the show!
AI, one last item. I would like a copy of log item 338 which is a memo from Marco responding to the public
comments. With the move I could not get one made when I was up on Wednesday. A hard copy would be fine,
but any chance you could send electronically as a PDF? If mailed my address again is:
