Stacie,
Lot 3 may be sold as an individual parcel. I would see no reason why they couldn't do a BLA between the two
parcel once your department has determined they have meet the requirements. Whether they sold Lot 3 or did a
BLA between the two, the owner will need to address the fact this parcel is in the timber program and there are
minimum acreage requirements..
If the Assessor's Plat had been recorded, the lots would have been set-up and valued as individual parcels. Just
recording the survey, our mapping department and appraisers will still use the survey to determine if we have the
correct front footages.
I hope this has answered your questions.
Sherrie

Hi Sherrie,
Would you please let me know how and when APN 002 242 003 {S24 T30 R2W I LOT 2 & 3}
was created? Beckett Point Fishermen's Club would like to know if (a) they can sell the
approx 17 ac Lot 3 separately, and (b) they can do a boundary line adjustment between lots
2 and 3.
I spoke with Bill Smith of the Club this morning, and he asked me what the consequences
were for recording the survey VS. an assessor's plat. I told him I'd need to discuss these
questions with DRD staff and your department. Have you determined the difference as far as
your department is concerned?
I will be out of the office tomorrow through next Wednesday.
Thanks for your help.
