PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2~77
JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of
Connnissioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 10:30a.m., on
Monday, December 24, 1979, in the commissioners' Chamber, Jefferson County
Courthouse, Port TOWnsend, Washington, for the purpose of obtaining com-
ments of all interested persons on the proposed amendments to Ordinance
No~ 2-77, Jefferson County Health Department Fee Schedule. The proposed
amendments are as follows:

FEE SCHEDULE
AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fee schedule for sewage disposal,
food serviee operations, water systems, solid waste disposal, and medical
services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
I. On-site Sewage Disposal
A) Sewage Disposal Permits
1. New installation - non connnercial
2. New installation - connnercial

4. Repair - commercial
5. Larger On-site sewage disposal system,
new installation or repair
($50.00 paid at time of first plan
submittal. ($50.00 applied toward $85.00)

All new annual permits will be pro-rated quarterly; provided that:
only the $30.00 portion of the original Solid Waste Disposal site permit,
and only the $40.00 portion of the Septic Tank Installer's Permit and
and only the $40.00 portion of the Septic Tank pumpers Permit shall be
pro-rated.
All Annual permits expire December 31st.
