WHEREAS, on December 23, 1974, by Ordinance No. 3-74, the
Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners adopted a County
Building Code, and
WHEREAS, the said Ordinance provides for the establishment of
a fee schedule for Building Permits, and
WHEREAS. the existing fee schedule is based on values which
are no longer appropriate; and
WHEREAS, notice has been published advising that the fee schedule
for Building Permits will be revised at the regular Board of County
Commissioners' meeting on January 5, 1976.
NOW, THEREEORE, it is hereby Ordered that the Jefferson County
Building Permit Fee Schedule be established as follows:
First Floor
Second Floor
Basement
$20.00 per square foot
$ 9.00 per square foot
$ 4.00 per square foot
