NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSED AMENDMENT
OF ORDINANCE NO .3-74 - BUrrnING CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
will conduct a public hearing at 10:00a.m., Monday, April 7, 1975, in the Commission
Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose
of obtaining the comments of all interested persons on the proposed amendment to
Ordinance No. 3;"74, the County Building Code. The proposed amendments are as follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3-74,
SECTION I (A) BY ADDING NEW SUBSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
SECTION I
Ordinance 3-74, Section I (A) is hereby amended by adding the following
new subsections:
(vii) Additions, alterations and repairs to existing buildings

totaling no more than $1,000.00 in value, including
materials and labor, are exempt from the permit require-
ments of this ordinance.
