REGARDING ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of Commissi-oners
will conduct a public hearing at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Decemher 23, 1974, in
the Commission Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington,
for the purpose of obtaining the comments of all interested persons on the
proposed ordinance establishing Fire Zones in Jefferson County which reads as
follows:

WHEREAS, the State Building Code contemplates that each political
subdivision adopting the Uniform Building Code will establislL Fire Zones 'Within
its jurisdiction:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIO~ OF
JEFFERSON COVNTY, WASHINGTON, as follows:
All of that portion of Jefferson County located outside of the corporate
limits of any city or town is hereby designated as Fire Zane 3.
