MOCCCXC
Honorable Board of County Commissioners
for Jefferson County
Port Townsend, Washington
Gentlemen:
Following your meeting of February 1, and at the re-
quest of Mr. Kelly, there is herewith transmitted an Ordinance
repealing County Ordinance No. 12, adopted May 11, 1956. Since
the February 1 meeting, I have checked the files of the Port
Townsend Leader and find that that particular Ordinance was
adopted after a return day duly fixed and published.
However, again since February 1, Mr. O'Meara had an
opportunity to read Ordinance No. 12 in detail and I am sure
that he is not satisfied with the same.
