Subject:
Defining and regulating the installation or modification of individual
sewage disposal systems; setting standards; requiring permits; setting fees;
authorizing the Olympic Health district Health Officer to promulgate
reasonable and necessary regulations to carry out the purpose and intent of
this ordinance, and providing penalties. (Amended by Resolution No. 28-
