ORDER CREATING STOCK
RESTRICTED AREA

This matter coming on to be heard August 5, 1963, before
the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, and

it appearing that notice of the time and place of hearing
on the previous order of this Board, proposing to designate
certain territory wi.thin Jefferson County as a stock res-
,tricted area, wherein it shall be unlawful to permi.t live-
stock of any kind to run at large, has been given by publi-
cation in the Port Townsend Leader, the official newspaper

of Jefferson County, once a vveek for two successive weeks,

and no objections thereto having been made or filed, it is
ORDERED

That all, or that part, of the following townships
that lie within the boundaries of Jefferson County,
State of Washington, to-wit: Townships 27, 28, 29
and 30 north, range 1 east W. M.; Townships 25, 26,
27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 north, range 1 west W. M.;
Townships 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 north, range
2 west W. M., and Townships 25, 26 and 27 nath,
range 3 west W. M.

be, and the whole thereof, is hereby designated, created
and established as a STOCK RESTRICTED AREA, \'\Therein li ve-
stock may not run at large, as contemplated under RCW 16.-
24.010 et seq, and it is further
ORDERED that a copy hereof be published in the Port
Townsend Leader, the official newspaper of Jefferson County,

once a week for four consecutive weeks, and thereafter,
this order to be in full force and effect.
