Hi Amber-
Please see attached SEPA form that has been turned into DNR for Joe LeCato project.
We do have a pending building permit- BLD2022-00486
Per David Johnson- I put a sticky note on this application stating that Joe and his contractor are working with DNR -
DNR suggested that I get a copy of the SEPA that was sent to DNR and forward it to Jefferson CO DCD so Joe does not get a moratorium placed on his property.
Can you please get this to the Land Use Planner that as been assigned to Joe pending building permit- BLD2022-00486.
If they have any questions please have them contact me and I will work with Joe and his contractor to get them the answer they need.
