This letter is in regazds to the old septic tank that is partially exposed on the top of the bluff. It is
my opinion that the tank should simply be left in place. The tank is located within a very
hazardous location. The use of equipment and activities associated with attempting to remove a
large heavy structure at this site would be very dangerous to any workers. The tank is not causing
any problems with slope stability and will not cause any further problems when it ultimately falls
from the top of the bluff.
