Hi David,
Please publish a notice of application for MLA05-00286 (SUB05-00022) in the Wednesday, June is, 2005
edition of the Port Townsend Leader. The following language needs to be in the notes section of the activity:
The department expects to issue a DNS for this proposal. If the proposal is approved, policies and
performance standards found in the Unified Development Code will be used to form permit conditions
intended to mitigate adverse environmental impacts. Additional conditions or mitigation measures may
be required under SEPA.
Please let me review the notice prior to publishing and sending to make sure the standard language on the
form generated is accurate.
· Agencies to copy have already been entered in Tidemark and are on SEPA review form.
· Include a copy of the Golf & Residential Master Plan to all APO's (second sheet in bound llx17 packet with
pink flag).
· Include with the notice for all agencies except the newspapers please/
