The obvious problem to me would be two of the parcels are in Designated Forest Land.
They most likely will need to be removed from tbis program and compensating tax paid.
I asswne the copies sent over for review are the 1st preliminary, I didn't find the signature
page or deSCription page.
When mote information becomes available; I may have additional comments.
