The thresholds for review are 7,000 sq ft of land disturbing activity and 2,000 sq ft of new impervious surface if you are located outside of environmentally sensitive areas and their buffers. Perhaps cutting vegetation without disturbing the soil is possible in some locations if the area for the trail exceeds 7,000 sq ft. Regards, Stacie L. J{os/iins Associate Planner. The brush and undergrowth is substantial and in many instances over my head. Next week I am having one of our people I am having cut a small trail along the road right of way with a small dozer so that staff might 1) have a slightly easier tour and 2) be able to find and review the stakes. I hope that this schedule does not impede your progress on our project. I will be on site on Wednesday and Thursday next week. Maybe we will have the opportunity to visit.
