I'll be out of the office July 14-18, so Wednesday, July 13th is the only date I'm

Dear Jim:
Welcome back. I trust that your vacation was both restorative and fun.
The primary purpose of this letter is to request a meeting with yourself
(any of your staff/department) and Stacy Hoskins next Wednesday morning
(7/13) or Thursday morning (7/14), if possible. I could also be available
on Friday (7/15), if necessary. Attending will be Jerry Smith, Michael
Biggs and myself. We would like to review the following items, if possible,
so as to gain more direction for our response to your recent comments, which
are:
PRRD/LONG PLAT APPLICATIONS
Street Vacation
Trails - preferred instrument for their public dedication (should this be
the case) along with concerns and responsibilities over construction
standards, use/liability and maintenance.
Road engineering responding to your requests for additional information
and better document formatting and communication.
Storm drainage - large project/minimum requirements and disposition of
