Environmental Checklist / Application Narrative WE have been in contact with Kelli Larson of Public Works to further determine the status of Harrison Street. Harrison is identified as a "usage right of way" and has not been vacated. This is the status of that portion of Harrison running from the center line of Cape George Road toward Discovery Bay. Concrete data has yet to be found regarding the opening of Harrison running east as access to the golf course.lt was added to the County Road log in 1963, apparently as an extension to the portion across Cape George Road. We can proceed with an application to vacate that portion running east of the center of Cape George Road for hearing consolidation. The platted rights of way for Calhoun and Mamie Streets and alleys are considered statutorily vacated because they were not opened prior to 3/12/1904. To remove any remaining interest in these rights of way, we will seek quite claim action though the courts. Public Trails Mike Asmundson has been discussed the possibility of providing a trail easement along South Discovery Road with Jim Pearson in response to the shoulder widths on SDR. Road Plan Our consulting engineer is in the process of revising the road plan and profile drawings to address the concerns and issues in Jim's memorandum. Upon completion of the revised plans they will be reviewed internally and submitted to Public Works and the County Fire Marshall for review and approval. The revised plans for the Fire Marshall will be submitted to DCD for review by the Fire Marshall. Storm Water Site Plan Discussions have been held between Jim Pearson, our consulting engineer and Mike Asmundson. These discussions have resulted in a mutual agreement of how the 10 Minimum Requirements of the Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington will be presented in the revised Stormwater Site Plan. They are currently being prepared by our consulting engineer and will address each detail requested in the 6/28/05 memorandum. Iraffic Impact Report Our traffic consultant has addressed each of the concerns in the PW June 15, 2005 memorandum. Accordingly revisions have been made. They have been discussed with Jim Pearson, who has accepted the revisions. Submittal of Responses Our target date for submittal of each of our responses is by the end of the coming week. We look forward to continuing to work with you as the application proceeds through the remaining process. Jerry LOG ITEM # ~I Page_ ( of-L 8/2912005
