Today we have not been able to touch at all due to other commitments. I would imagine that you understand being interrupted. Attached is change in main access road off of Cape George. Please let me know if you need additional information regarding this modification. One copy of the wetland delineation, five copies of the site plans at full scale, and one reduced copy of the site plans 111x17" in size will do. We also should have the reformatting of the individual neighborhoods complete as well. How many copies would you like of these exhibits? LOG ITEM # (PI Page , Ot.? Page 2 of 2 It is amazing when one has a little bit of time to step back and re-evaluate one's project. A couple of situations have come up which not only give us the product but cut back on the amount of work with respect to 1) maintaining existing access off of cape George (hole nine is being converted to par 3 from par 4 for safety purposes which freed up space to increase parking while providing adequate landscape separation between the entry road and the parking areas. Also we could have had a problem on site distance in the relocation especially if it was 500' which we do not have at present. I did call Jim and inform him of this change as well. I am having the new drawing scanned right now and will forward a PDF by emaH on Monday to both of you. The other areas are in general eliminating some of the discretionary work on the golf course versus that which is essential. Not that we won't someday do this work, for the time being it is not necessary. Do not work too hard on our project the next couple of days and enjoy the weekend.
