Dear Stacie:
Per your request please find the following supplemental information:
1. Supplemental Plans (PS-01-04) the residential lots within each of the individual
neighborhoods. This information was re-formatted so that work can be evaluated in
context per your request. (Two full size and three half size copies).
2. Copy of the 1996 Wetland Report by the Watershed Company. The 1993
reference to this document in our original submittal was a typing mistake.
3. Copy of the modified entry road off of Cape George Road that accesses both the
golf course and the residential properties utilizing the existing road. We will still
need to complete application for vacation of this street and its appraisal.
4. You are in receipt of the geotechnical report, produced by David Evans and
Associates that I had delivered previously.
