See associated cases as follows: SUB95-00111 FORUVUS, TENANCY-IN-COMMON to divide a 192 acres into 95 lots with a minimum lot size of .15 acres Cancelled 7/2/1999 Due to inactivity by the applicant regarding additional information requested by the department, the application was cancelled by Director Al Scalf. The cancellation was based on Section 1O(b) of the Land Use Application Procedures Ordinance. See letter in the file. ZON95-00054 FORUVUS/BRUCE/BARBARA BAILEY to divide a 192 acres into 95 lots with a minimum lot size of .15 acres Cancelled 7/2/1999 Application cancelled due to inactivity under provisions of Section 10 (b) of the Land Use Application Procedures Ordinance. See letter dated July 2, 1999 to applicant from Al Scalf, Director of Community Development. I do however have a pending PRRD case (SUB05-00022/MLA05-00286) for creation of 48 lots. Thanks, Stacie L.
