If all, them need reconfiguration of information, signature on first page, etc. If only P-x pages, them need some info moved to those pages. · ESA's o Wetlands · Buffers and wetland categories not depicted on plat . ID wetland buffer limit west of delineated wetland. . A-I = 150'; B-ill = 50'; C-IV=25' . Either need to propose wetland buffer averaging (only reduce 25%) or show cannot do averaging. Then buffer reduction becomes available. See 3.6.9 wetlands o Wildlife report identifies mitigation measures · 150-foot buffer not depicted on preliminary plat · Mapped type 5 streams not addressed in wildlife report and not shown on preliminary plat: Ask Ross Goodwin to make determination if they don't believe the type 5's are there. . Check UDC for req's ~Susc Aquifer: ~oastal SIPZ · PRRD o Reserve Tract needs to be identified on preliminary plat: need 65%, and dedicated 76.9% in table, so okay per amount if matches dedication on plat o 40 lots plus 8 bonus: okay if get bonus density approved o Meadows to Baker to Ridge don't meet 600 feet horizontally. Requires 600 lineal feet per UDC 3.6. 13.3.d. Please show how they meet this requirement at nearest points. o "Site Plan shall include a table providing the following. . .."
