My main focus at this time is that two of the parcels are in the Designated Forestland
program. They are portions of parcel numbers 001304006 and 001292005.
In reviewing the packet, it appears the parcels above are portions of the platted lots
and the wetland area.
It is my opinion. this area of the land will not be used for the forestland program and the
parcels will need to be removed from this program and compensating tax paid before the
plat is recorded.
I have forwarded the packet to Pat for her review.
