After reviewing this proposed Boundary Line Adjustment, I have the following
comment(s):
1. Page C2.1 No tie between known point and the intersection with
Lawrence Road and Cape George Road.
2. Page C2.2 Distance from N380 26'41" E 273.63' to the intersection with
the center line of road and the line bearing of Noo43'45"E (assumed
20'?)
3. Page C2.2 Distance and bearing between Lots W4 & W5.
4. Page C2.3 Where is this located - it is not tied to anything - I would
ASSUME that it is the bearing of the Easterly line lot to the North and
then offset from the road centerline at 30 feet (or is it 26 feet or ? - how
much is that overlap onto those lots adjacent to the road here) and
that the Easterly line is the same bearing and whatever distance to
close. (Refers to Lot H8)
5. Page C2.3 Distance and bearing between Lots H7 & H8.
6. Page C2.4 While it may be possible to check the closure of each lot in
The Meadows, it is not possible to place The Meadows into any
definite location other than by mapping the road centerline which has
3 pieces of information to have an error in. It is not possible to locate
the problem if there is an error in the road centerline information, since
there are no checks for this data. To proof this for closure and to
determine the location for these lots, I would need to have a tie to a
survey point along the boundary. (I haven't checked past C-15 to see
if the curves are correctly called/numbered or not).
7. Page C2.5 See note above about locating plat.
8. There are several duplicate curve numbering-Ietterings. I quit
highlighting them at duplication C 15.

9. It is not possible to substantiate the survey for the external boundaries
of this proposed plat since the surveyor just shows the road boundaries
and does not give the road data.
10. Since the are so many issues with the curve data, I have not
proceeded further and will have to reserve the right to further
comment after these points are settled.
11. Please see the enclosed .pdf files for curves that have been
highlighted.
