Conditions and Restrictions, I am also now forwarding these to Potly McNeiU and our architect
Charles Wenzlau for their inputs. I think that it is a good beginning but wif1 need to be

elaborated with more than likely a few new stipulations. Having begun to produce this
document it seems to me to be the perfect instrument for providing the guarantees that
Jim Pearson has requested for the dedication of the trail system for public use in
perpetuity. I also envision more detailed architectural design guidelines which would be
referenced in these CC&R's.
And lastly, we are beginning to hone in on a name for our project and feel that the Reserve is only
fitting in light of both the ordinance that it was born under hut also our philosophy towards the
