Thank you Mamdouh for your call. As we discussed, I can proceed with plat review for the Discovery Bay
Golf Club subdivision based on a condition of approval that a design for the proposed lOSS. must be
submitted to WSDOH for review and approval prior to construction. After construction is complete, but
before the drainfield is covered, a representative from WSDOH must inspect the installation and conduct
a pressure test.

regarding the proposed LOSS. We would greatly appreciate if you could contact Stacie at your earliest
convenience to answer any questions she may have regarding your letter and review of our preliminary
engineer's design report. To assist your effort, I have attached your review/approvalletter, dated
February 27, 2006.
