Upon further review, we've determined the Assessor's comments do not need to be
addressed until prior to final plat approval. Ido not need any further information from you

Thank you Mamdouh for your call. As we discussed, I can proceed with plat review for
the Discovery Bay Golf Club subdivision based on a condition of approval that a design
for the proposed LOSS must be submitted to WSOOH for review and approval prior to
construction. After construction is complete, but before the drainfield is covered, a
representative from WSDOH must inspect the installation and conduct a pressure test.
