The subject parcel is situated within the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 28 North, Range 2 East, W.M., and lies within an area where no base flood elevation has been determined. The top of bottom floor elevation of 212.1 feet (NAVD88 Datum), stated in Section C3 of the attached Elevation Certificate, was established on top of a spike and cap set by Tiilman Engineering on February 15, 2002, and is located at the existing roadway surface elevation along the westerly edge of Mountain View Drive as it currently exists. Said spike and cap lies easterly of said Lot 109 is located approximately midway between the northeast and southeast comers of said lot. The owner's prospective buyer (Mr. James Knighton) has personally acknowledged to me that subsequent to any minor site grading that the finished top of bottom floor elevation for the proposed residence will be set at or above the reference elevation of 212.1 feet (NADV88 Datum) that was established.
