The original notice published for the Golf Club project (MLA05-00286) referred to an incorrect
hearing location.
Notice is being re-published and mailed with the correction, and DCD has a new posting notice

I can mail these, or they can be picked up at the Jefferson County DCD office.
Please let me know which you prefer, and indicate a mailing address if you wish them to be

Good morning Mike,
Actually, there is no change in the hearing date, the location was published incorrectly (we're temporarily displaced from our
usual hearing location due to court house construction), which is what we're addressing in republishing the hearing notice.
Currently, the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner is hearing cases in the Pacific Room at the Jefferson County Public Health
Department (two doors down from the Department of Community Development offices).
The hearing is scheduled at or about 2: 15 (there is another short hearing scheduled before yours) on September 8.
You can contact Stacie Hoskins regarding any public comments that may have been made.
I'll send the posting notices to the front office for Randy.

Randy White from the golf course will be picking these up as I respond, I do not mind the meeting location
changing, but do have concerns over any change in the date,
Am I correct to assume that the hearing is still on the same original scheduled day and time which I believe is
Sept. 8.
Also have their been any comments yet and how do I get a hold of these?
