Ladies and Gentlemen: Several weeks ago, Port Ludlow Associates LLC
asked Jefferson County to delay the processing of PLA's March 3,
2006, application for an amendment to the Port Ludlow Development
Agreement. I am writing to lift that request and to ask
that Jefferson County now proceed to process the application. I am
attaching a duplicate copy of our March 3 application. Thank you
very much for your consideration.
