Subject: Port Ludlow Development Agreement: Proposed Amendment
Ladies and Gentlemen: On March 3, 2006, Port Ludlow Associates LLC
submitted to you an application for your approval of an amendment to
the Port Ludlow Development Agreement. PLA is now submitting to you
a modified version of the amendment, to be substituted for the
version submitted on March 3. I am attaching clean and redlined
versions of the amendment. The redlined version shows the changes
that PLA made to the March 3 version.
The changes include a new recital regarding time share uses, new text
to incorporate the development standards and conditions of the
Hearing Examiner's September 2, 2005, decision approving a shoreline
permit for the Trendwest project, and a stipulation by PLA to limit
density to 9 dwelling units per acre.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
