Yes, the repeal went into effect at 8:00 am 7/17/2006. Unless the BOCC specifically
provided for a continued Ap Examiner for PLA, it would seem that it references something
that no longer exists. I am not holding back on making noise about this all. P AO should
have been on top but wasn't.

The BOCC did remove the Ap Examiner from the UDC that governs the majority of Jefferson County. The
BOCC did not remove the Ap Examiner from the development agreementlLUPO that governs those PLA
owned properties in Port Ludlow, including your pending case - the major revision at the resort/Ludlow Bay
Village.
I was backpacking the last few days of last week and missed the flurry of emails.
