To the County Commissioners:
As a 10 year resident of Port Ludlow I want to let you
know that I am very supportive of the Trendwest
development. I believe it will be an asset to both Port
Ludlow and Jefferson County as a whole. The county is
very dependent upon tourism for much of it income and
having a significant number of tourist coming into the
community and staying for an extended period of time will
help both communities. The caliber of the visitors to
Trendwest developments are exactly the type of tourists
that we want to come into our area
I have visited a Trendwest resort and was very impressed
by the quality of the facility and the overall program. I
see nothing that would become detrimental to our community
or to Jefferson County. On the contrary, I think we would
all benefit by having a place like this in Port Ludlow.
