Gentlemen,
Please do whatever you can to discourage or block the Trendwest development in Port Ludlow.
Regardless of the arguments the developers make, a timeshare of this type is little different than a
hotel catering to transient residents, and totally out of keeping with the Port Ludlow community.
We already have one hotel and a condominium development being run much like a hotel.
Fortunately, these two developments are relatively separate from the residential portions of our
community. However, the Trendwest plan will place this "hotel" directly across from or adjacent to
residential villages, some of which have been in place for nearly 15 years. This development
will clearly detract from the peacefulness we now enjoy, and which was a major reason for purchasing our
homes here.
