Dear Commissioners,
I am a homeowner in Port Ludlow as well as a Trendwest owner and strongly favor the
approval of the Trendwest Development Project for Port Ludlow. It will have a significant
impact on the tax base for the county, increase needed commercial business opportunities
in and around Port Ludlow while increasing the amount of undeveloped land in the MRP. It
seems this is a win-win for everyone. Port Ludlow needs more retail support services
along with a better police and emergency personnel presence. This development should help
to spur these needed services. I strongly urge you to support the proposed Trendwest
Project in Port Ludlow.
