past.
PLA has done NOTHING for anyone but themselves throughout their history in Port Ludlow.
The Trendwest debacle is just another scam meant to put $$$ into their pockets, and let
the Port Ludlow homeowners be damned. If you believe their exaggerated numbers
($8,000,000) in revenues, then you have been asleep at your desks. Just look at what they
did to Discovery Bay.
If as they say the average Trendwest owner is "just like the average Port Ludlow
homeowner", you won't find $8,000,000 in their typically conservative pockets to be spent
in the three months of summer when they would come to the Rainy Northwest.
The biggest problem for PLA and Randy Verrue is their lack of the concept the this area is
only attractive for a short time during the year. People come here to avoid the heat and
high prices of the other year-round destinations.
Again, PLEASE don't approve Trendwest. Thank you, Lenetta and Bud Johnson
