Subject: Comments regarding Trendwest - Port Ludlow
Auto forwarded by a Rule
Per your request for comments, we have prepared the following:
Why is Trendwest or PLA reluctant to provide CC&R's for this project? Our entire
area is covered by CC&R's that are in place to maintain the integrity of the community.
Does TrendwestlPLA have some surreptitious reason only known to themselves? If
this is to be a successful project, why should CC&R's not apply? What is allowable to
happen to the project should Trendwest not be successful? Could the project be
turned into, for example, low income housing? What protects the MPR from any future
whims of Trendwest?
Since we have not heard any reasons for no CC&R's, this message requests such
rationale.
Thank you,
Bernie & Bev Kestler
