Our entire area is covered by CC&R's that are in place to maintain the integrity of the community. Does TrendwestlPLA have some surreptitious reason only known to themselves? If this is to be a successful project, why should CC&R's not apply? What is allowable to happen to the project should Trendwest not be successful? Could the project be turned into, for example, low income housing? What protects the MPR from any future whims of Trendwest? Since we have not heard any reasons for no CC&R's, this message requests such rationale. Thank you, Bernie & Bev Kestler 360-437-5102 91 Mariner Place Port Ludlow, WA 98365 URGENT REQUEST Port Ludlow Associates and Trendwest are working together to solicit feedback from the community to the County Commissioners for the proposed Trendwest Project in Port Ludlow.
