Subject: Port Ludlow's Trendwest Proposal
Dear Sirs;
My wife and I would like to provide input to your deliberations for amending the existing
Port Ludlow Development Agreement to accommodate the development of a Trendwest
facility in Port Ludlow. We believe that it is in our community's best interest to have this
development take place as the community grows toward its build-out potential of 2250
residential units.
The Trendwest development would serve to continue the healthy growth of our village,
particularly the South Bay area. Community-wide, the Trendwest addition would
provide economic justification for expanding retail and professional options that would
serve us locally. It would also provide a larger base for community amenities, such as
trails, and provide economic support for both the golf course and marina. It is a logical
addition to the original plans for the community's development.
In summary, for the reasons listed above, we, favor the development of the proposed
Trendwest addition.
Sincerely,
Bill Browne
