I want to add my name to the list of those who believe that the recent Cendant Trendwest and PLA plans to
construct a 120 unit timeshare building in Port Ludlow will bring numerous benefits to both Jefferson County by
additions to the tax base, and directly to Port Ludlow by increased use of golf course, marina, the Resort, village
center stores and other amenities. For all of these reasons, we urge early approval of revised plans and proposals so
that construction can proceed, and the corresponding benefits be realized.
