Application - Port Ludlow Associates/Trendwest Suggested Amendment to
the Port Ludlow Development Agreement and Shoreline Substantial
Development Permit
Attached you will find the comments received by this office in response to a Notice of
Application sent out on the above referenced proposal. A notice of application was sent
to the general public, parties of interest, Port Ludlow Roster, and associated state
agencies for their review and comments. The attached comments are forwarded to you
so that you may address the issues raised, as you see appropriate. I look forward to
