SUBJECT: MLA06-000221: Comments Received During "Notice of
Application" Comment Period on the Port Ludlow Associates/Trendwest
Suggested Amendment to the Port Ludlow Development Agreement and
Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for a 120-unit timeshare
condominium on Tract E in Port Ludlow, Washington.
Attached you will find the comments received by this office in response to a Notice of
Application sent out on the above referenced proposal. A notice of application was sent
to the general public, parties of interest, Port Ludlow Roster, and associated state
agencies for their review and comments. The attached comments are forwarded to you
so that you may address the issues raised, as you see appropriate. I look forward to
receiving your responses so they can be included in the staff report describing the
nature of these comments. At this time, the hearing is tentatively scheduled for
September 22,2006. Therefore, your responses should be returned to this office by
the week of August 28th, in order to incorporate your responses into the staff report.
