Nicole,
The log items refer to everything in the file, such as the application maps, etc.,
associated legal documents, etc. The log items sent to you are only those log items that
were received as comments on the proposal following the notice of application. For
example, Log Items 46, 47, and 48 are copies of notice of reviewers and certification of
mailing with log item 49 being the first comment received following the notice.
