I can certainly send you the comments they make when PLA makes them. There are no time limits around the
response time and remember there will be comments that can be received from the public through the second
hearing before the BoCC.

Barbara, thanks. I thought they were to have 10 days to file their comments?
Anyway, since I'm sure PLA was picking up the community comments as they were submitted, they will have had
a minimum of five weeks to prepare. Therefore if the hearing is being schedule for 9/22 the community will have
less time than PLA had to work with our attorneys. This is probably OK if we can get a copy of PLA's response as
soon as it comes in, but I'll need to check with my attorney and see how much time she needs. Can you confirm
this will be possible?
