In our opinion, this type of development is completely out of character with the MPR of Port Ludlow. Furthermore, we object to the questionable tactics employed by Port Ludlow Associates to get the zoning changed and this project approved. We find it especially curious that the road-widening project that's currently underway in the Port Ludlow Village even includes the new curb cuts and it looks as if a road is being put into the subject property. This seems very premature, or has some decision already been made to grant PLA their request without completion of the public process? We ask that you keep us apprised of any future public hearings where we can make our voice heard beyond this e-mail.
