PUD#1 of Jefferson County will provide water from the LUD#3 water system for this project. The developer has
submitted their preliminary plans to DCD. The PUD has reviewed the plans and they meet our requirements. It
is assumed that no other permits for the water lines will be needed other than the PUD internal review and a
Jefferson County PW permit for that section that runs within the County RIW. If you have any questions please
