Dear Ms Towner:
I was contacted by Jefferson County regarding the location of the storm water diversion trench on
your property. The original diversion trench was to be located on the northwest portion of the
property. The latest plan is to install the diversion trench on the southwest portion of the
property. This location is consistent with my recommendation that storm water be directed
towards the west side of the property.
